We meet our amazing couples at all stages of their wedding planning journey, not always right from the start. Whether it’s from the get-go or using our expertise to help with the final touches, we love helping couples as they prepare for their special day.
Ben & Jenna came to us late in their planning, with their date set, venue booked and most suppliers engaged. They needed our help to bring the vision together and to allow them to just relax and enjoy their day, which it was an absolute pleasure to do for this gorgeous couple. Along the way a few suppliers needed to be changed and we happily lent a hand to connect them with the perfect replacements.
We worked with Ben & Jenna to make all of the pieces of the puzzle fit seamlessly together, from finding final suppliers to creating all the crucial documents like runsheets and site plans. The day before your wedding you don’t want to be calling each individual supplier to check that they are ready and know what, when & how they are involved! That’s all part of the service we offer, meaning Ben & Jenna got to enjoy their last day as fiancés without the stress of making sure no details were missed.
The big day arrived and though the weather wasn’t looking promising, the overcast clouds in the rolling green hills of the Hunter Valley actually lent themselves perfectly to stunning photos captured Shannon Richmond Photography. What an emotional and touching morning it was, with Jenna and her Dad sharing many special moments as he prepared to give his daughter away to the love of her life. Jenna, her Dad and Bridesmaids all had tears when they stepped out of their stylish pink Cadillacs from Dollface Garage.
With hair and makeup by the ever-talented Hollywood Hair & Beauty, Jenna glowed dressed to the nines thanks to Final Touch Bridal as she walked down the aisle to Ben, who beamed back at his Bride. Pete McReedy from Gen-R-8 Entertainment serenaded Jenna down the aisle. Looking dashing in his suit from Gentleman’s Outfitters, the look on his face was nothing but love and admiration – and who could blame him?! Standing under a gorgeous arbour hand built by Ben and his Dad, Victoria Langham officially joined the beautiful couple as Mr & Mrs Single and you could feel the wedding nerves wash away, soon replaced by unwavering smiles.
Time to party! Ben & Jenna had engaged fantastic vendors such as Floral Mode and Affections Wedding Hire, who we always love working with to bring a wedding vision to life. Together with Love Glows, I-Do Wedding Cakes, OMG Photobooth, Mane Event DJs and Gen-R-8 Entertainment. Shannon Richmond Photography helped to immortalise the beautiful evening with stunning long-exposure sparkler photos, which are always a lovely touch if your chosen photographer has the skills to pull it off!
We loved working with the new Mr & Mrs Single and can’t wait to see what their future holds together.
