Hiring Louise and the Hunter Events team for our wedding was the best decision we ever made. They helped us to finish booking vendors, to bring the vision together as well as coordinating and MC-ing the day for us. Planning the wedding in the early days was overwhelming, I reached out to a few wedding planners and Hunter Events were the only ones to call me rather than email back. I appreciated the effort as well as the personal touch that this gave us. As we enlisted Hunter Events it felt like a huge weight was lifted. After our first meeting, which was face-to-face, Louise went above and beyond and this was the first time I could really envision our wedding down to the smallest details. Louise was there whenever we needed her to answer questions we had and to ease our stress, she was honestly my fairy Godmother. 

Not long after we took on Hunter Events, we were introduced to Katharyn who put our vision board together and helped us to bring together the styling elements. She did a phenomenal job bringing everything together in a way that was even better than we imagined. In the lead up to the wedding we had Lou ise and Jaymie supporting us through and making sure all loose ends were tied up. On the day of the wedding there was nothing too big or small for them. They helped us with such a big smile on their faces. Their coordination was flawless, and their running of the reception was exceptional and professional.

I could tell that throughout this process the Hunter Events team genuinely enjoyed helping us and were just as excited for our wedding as we were. They really became like family to us. Hunter Events were an integral part of our day, and I am so glad we got them on board. Our day was honestly perfect and I am so grateful to Louise and the Hunter Events for making this possible. It was the best day of my life and I would do it 100000 times over again and again.

and fun! Louise our MC kept everyone engaged and took the ‘boring’ out of the formalities and kept everyone engaged. Louise even wiped my feet and changed my shoes when I got covered in mud during our sunset photos, talk about commitment! We are so so thankful we had hunter events on board for our day, it was truly the best day of our lives and hunter events was one of the reasons for that!

The whole Hunter Events team has been amazing, the team without a doubt has been the very best customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot stop raving to everyone about the care we have received and the thoughtful cards and messages we get, even on our birthdays! The effort Hunter Events has put into creating us the best wedding ever was outstanding.

Hunter Events were exactly what we were looking for. As we had most of our wedding already planned (due to a year postponement) we were looking for someone to come on board to help with coordination and last minute things. We honestly were grateful in the end for the postponement because it allowed us the opportunity to bring Louise and her team in. The on the day coordination was a dream come true and made the day run so smoothly, and Louise was the perfect MC for us to keep our guests engaged and organised.   1. As a first time bride at 50, I had no idea where to start in the wedding planning process but then I met the team of Hunter Events. After just one meeting with Louise to explain my vision of the wedding we wanted, Louise showed me the most perfect venue. In fact, it was beyond perfect and nothing else would even compare. The team helped me find all the vendors I needed who were just wonderful, cost effective and I really felt they would be doing their absolute best for me.

Gaby from Hunter Events was my on day coordinator and I could not have asked for anyone better to help me through what I thought was supposed to be a stressful day for a bride. Knowing that Gaby was with me to ensure my day went smoothly was very comforting. It was a great day with no problems and I put this down to Gaby’s professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending Hunter Events to anyone. This is not just business. I truly felt like I was part of the Hunter Events family.

Hunter Events did a fantastic job helping us organised our wedding. We hired them at the very last minute, with only about 2 month to go! They helped us set up a well planned run sheet.

Hire our furniture, vehicle, & cake vendors. Provide a great floor plan for the ceremony and venue & excellent vendor suggestions. We also took advantage of their MC option.

Hiring Hunter Events as part of our wedding day was easily one of the BEST decisions we made. Once we went for our very first meeting with Louise, we knew there and then that we had to book them to take care of our on the day logistics and MC’ing. Thank you so much for all of your help and guidance leading up to and on our wedding day.

We first contacted the team at Hunter Events to gain some support for on-the-day coordination and last-minute planning. We believed we had ironed out all the details prior to our meeting.. boy we were wrong! The girls were there through every step of the process leading up to the big day, and more often than not were keeping us on track to finalise all details. 

Our big day itself was full of challenges. We were dealing with torrential rain and the worst floods NSW has seen in a decade. I (the bride) was 45 minutes late to the ceremony, I broke 2 pair of heels before the reception had even started, and not to mention tore and mud-soaked my dress by the end of the night. Even so, the girls at Hunter Events ENSURED that this would not dampen our day and took care of each and every impacted detail without prompt or hesitation. Despite the uncontrollable challenges, we felt complete calmness because we knew no matter what took place, the girls were always 2 steps ahead. Louise and Charlotte were nothing short of superheroes, the amount of genuine care and effort placed by each of them shined through their every move and plan. From planning florals, run sheets, styling, guest lists – to on the day coordination, this team can do it all.

We are hanging for our next event now, just so we have the opportunity and pleasure to work with them again!

Where do I start!


Louise and her team were wonderful people to deal with. They grabbed our crazy thoughts and turned them into a cohesive and beautiful fantasyland for Caitie’s 21st. They sourced supplies, found the best prices, set up and packed down. I barely needed to lift a finger myself other then to enjoy it all.


When a hitch arose(which they weren’t party to organising), they stepped in and went way beyond what I could expect and made it happen, and made sure I got it for free for the trouble.
