DIRECTOR, CELEBRANT & MC
The unstoppable force behind the business, Louise is a powerhouse of expertise, passion and motivation. An incredible super-mum behind the scenes, many would say she’s the perfect mix of professionalism, care and support for couples on their wedding day, and a wealth of event knowledge for our clients. With award winning expertise and a Diploma of Event Management and Certificate IV in Celebrancy under her belt, she pours her heart and soul into all she puts her hand to and it’s evident in the way her wedding couples and event clients respond.
MADDY MATHEWS
WEDDING PLANNER & STYLIST
Maddy is the calm in the chaos and the steady hand every couple dreams of having by their side on their wedding day. With years of experience in planning and styling, she thoughtfully brings each celebration to life, ensuring every detail is beautifully considered and every couple feels completely supported. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design and a Certificate III in Floristry, Maddy pairs technical expertise with a natural creative flair, transforming wedding visions into unforgettable moments. Her sharp eye for design, warm and reassuring nature, and genuine love for what she does make her an invaluable part of any special day. Outside of weddings, you will find Maddy with music playing, surrounded by friends, and bringing that same outgoing and friendly energy wherever she goes.
Chelsea Panetta
Marketing Manager & Event Planner
With a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing and Tourism & Event Management, Chelsea brings a wonderful mix of creativity, organisation and enthusiasm to the events industry. She loves seeing all the little details come together to create unforgettable experiences and brings a fresh perspective, positive energy and a genuine passion for making every event special. Chelsea thrives on the excitement of event days and loves being part of the magic that happens behind the scenes. When she’s not busy bringing events to life, you’ll likely find Chelsea enjoying a Pilates session, going on walks with friends and grabbing a good coffee, or spending quality time with her fur baby, Sasha, who undoubtedly rules the household!
Bonnie McIver
Venue Manager, Wedding Planner & Stylist
With years of experience in the events industry, Bonnie brings plenty of knowledge, creativity and passion to her role as Venue & Event Manager and Wedding Planner. Working alongside Maddy on weddings, she loves all things weddings while also taking the lead on our corporate events. With a degree in Event Management from Torrens University and a Diploma in Graphic Design, she brings a creative eye and attention to detail to every event. Outside of work, Bonnie is a little (okay, a lot!) obsessed with the Parramatta Eels and loves getting out on the soccer field, where her team took out the Grand Final in 2026, proving she's just as dedicated to kicking goals on the field as she is to delivering unforgettable events!
Liv Melvey
Administration Manager & Event Coordinator
Since joining the team in early 2024, Liv has become our wonderful office all rounder, keeping everything running smoothly and always helping out wherever needed. She loves being part of the weddings, but public events are definitely her thing, and you’ll find her at pretty much every one! She’s always up for a challenge and brings a calm, easy going vibe, even on the busiest days. Outside of work, she's happiest soaking up the sun at the beach, spending time with her pet turtle, Donte, or jetting off to Fiji, her second home. With her relaxed nature and willingness to jump into just about anything, Liv is always ready for the next adventure!
Sophie Wyndham
Event & Marketing Assistant
Currently studying a Bachelor of Tourism, Hospitality and Events at the University of Newcastle, Sophie brings fresh ideas and enthusiasm to her role in Public Events & Marketing Support. She loves being involved in the excitement of bringing large-scale public events to life, from the behind-the-scenes planning to event day itself. She also enjoys lending a hand with weddings whenever the opportunity comes up. Outside of work and study, Sophie has a huge passion for cheerleading and regularly competes in competitions. With her energetic personality and team spirit, she brings that same enthusiasm to everything she does.
JAYMIE MCSPADDEN
WEDDING & EVENT COORDINATOR
Jaymie is incredibly fun, organised and easy to get along with. An amazing problem solver, Jaymie can diffuse any tense situation with clarity and professionalism, and her super power is helping couples calm their wedding day jitters. Beyond work, she channels her energy into playing rugby, adding an extra dose of excitement into her life.
EMMA SUMMERVILLE
WEDDING & EVENT COORDINATOR
Meet Emma, the human embodiment of a ray of sunshine. Her bubbly and incredibly friendly personality makes her an amazing friend and support who would move mountains for the ones she loves, including her wedding couples and event clients. An extremely dedicated and hard working part of the team, Emma holds a certificate III in Event Management and is also the proud mum of two adorable sausage dogs.
