Hunters Quarter (HQ) is a relaxed and elegant dining destination, located in the Cockfighters Ghost Vineyard of Pokolbin, in the heart of the picturesque Hunter Valley. Our restaurant is a dining space with something for everyone – whatever the occasion, come and discover a contemporary dining experience with welcoming service in a unique and beautiful setting.
Options at Hunters Quarter for private dining experiences are varied. Our event services range from weddings, birthday parties and corporate functions for entertaining. Food and wine packages are tailored for each individual event.
Hunter's Quarter - Feature Weddings
The ever so lovely Mark and Karen tied the knot on the 29th March 2019 there ceremony took place the Cockfighter’s Ghost Vineyard in the picturesque Hunter Valley followed by their reception at Hunters Quarter. Mark and Karen engaged my services a mere couple of days prior to Christmas with a 12 week lead time, they asked whether or not I could create their wedding from top to toe and coordinate their wedding day.
