It was extremely exciting to be involved in The Wedding Industry Supplier Network events in the Hunter Valley and Newcastle. They created an amazing Facebook group that has 10k+ members in it. It is a great platform to get advice, tips, network and meet others.
We created monthly in-person information/guest speaker sessions for the Hunter Valley and Newcastle. The sessions included:
- Social media advice
- Team building
- Different forms of marketing
- Brand awareness and much more.
We had a great outcome from the networking events, with around 20 people coming to each event.
The Wedding Industry Supplier Network is based in the United Kingdom and has unfortunately since removed their brand from Australia but it was an amazing opportunity to be a part of it and run the events.
