What started out as a hobby quickly became a constantly growing business and as the years pass
Louise’s passion continues to grow as she lives and breathes her dream career. As a wife of 11+ years and mother of 4 with an abundance of business, sales & marketing experience makes Louise one of the best advocates to have when negotiating your suppliers such as venue, photography and more.
Louise is also a Lead On Day Coordinator/Manager and loves being an MC, whilst making sure your wedding or event day goes perfectly to plan.
Louise manages all of our clients’ budgets and is passionate about giving you key advice and guidance to make sure we deliver event success with zero stress. Supporting her amazing team and Overseeing all our wedding, events and several major public events Louise would love to hear about your event ideas and vision to help you bring them to life.
Louise is constantly improving and perfecting our systems and processes to ensure our events are delivered at an industry best uncompromising standard.
From the moment Kate begun her journey with us she was an absolute breath of fresh air, with such passion, drive, and a can do attitude and simply willing to go above and beyond for every client, supplier or exhibitor that crosses her path.
Kate always delivers well above the high standards our company thrives for daily and has a genuine hard working attitude.
Kate is our all round Public Event Manager and loves helping out with weddings whenever she gets the opportunity.
Kate has a wealth of event and sales experience on a global scale over several years in the industry, from luxury brand activations to The Invictus Games Opening & Closing Ceremonies for HRH Prince Harry, music festivals and some of the largest exhibitions in A/NZ.
Kate is well versed in technical documents, loves a good spreadsheet, wrangling suppliers and is passionate about making sure your event runs perfectly. Kate will ensure you are relaxed, knowing everything is under control.
Kate is also a Lead On Day Coordinator and can be your MC.
Event Planner & Lead Stylist
We instantly knew Charlotte was a perfect fit for our growing team. Her significant attention to detail, and driven, passionate, caring personality along with her extensive experience made us beyond excited to offer her her dream job at Hunter Events in 2020. She is an absolute asset to our growing team.
Charlotte recently completed a Bachelor in International Hotel and Tourism Management majoring in Event Management, as well as a Bachelor in Business Management. She has been working in events for over 8 years, with significant experience in weddings and corporate functions.
With a solid interest in design, a flare for styling and love of all things weddings, Charlotte will help our clients bring their styling vision to life. She is constantly keeping up to date with the current wedding trends and finding new, innovative ways to bring our clients dreams to life.
Charlotte is also a Lead On Day Coordinator and can be your MC.
Marketing Manager & Event Coordinator
Kirrilly is our resident marketing expert and event all-rounder. She has completed her Advanced Diploma in Event Management, a Certificate III in Tourism and is currently studying a Certificate IV in Marketing and Communications.
With years of event experience on her side, Kirrilly has been integral in bringing many events to life.
A passion for content creation and flare for social media, drives Kirrilly to create the best promotional material for Hunter Events and all of our suppliers and vendors.
Kirrilly supports the team with event logistics and is an On Day Coordinator. Her attention to detail is impeccable and with Kirrilly on site you can be sure that everything will run smoothly!
Event Coordinator & HR Manager + Talent Recruitment
Alex loves all things about public events and thoroughly enjoys managing our On Day aspects for our large-scale events.
With a long history of expertise and experience with talent recruitment and HR management she guides us choosing the best possible candidates for our constantly growing team.
Laura is driven to assist in the precise delivery of major events and is passionate about all aspects of On Day Coordination. With an abundance of experience in management Laura is an integral part of the perfect delivery of our major events, ensuring our guests have the best day out and experience possible.
Rennae has an abundance of experience with a large array of major events and a personal interest in pageants, with a strong interest and a passion for everything events Rennae assists our teams in all facets of bringing a major event to life, from logistics to management and ensuring our participants are enjoying our event as much as we have enjoyed creating it.
